Waller House (circa 1922) was the home of Napier Waller - muralist, mosaicist and
stained glass artist – and his wife Christian – also a stained glass artist and muralist as well as a printmaker. The Wallers created a superb Arts and Crafts home in Ivanhoe and this has been left
intact as a memorial. Christian’s young niece Klytie Pate came to live in the house, going on to become one of Australia’s foremost studio potters of the twentieth century.
